The Brake Linings Automatic Pressing System is a specialized automated equipment designed for the precision pressing of brake linings, a critical process in brake pad manufacturing.

Pressing & curing stage: After the mold is closed, the system automatically adjusts the pressing force and temperature according to the preset parameters, and completes the pressing and curing process in one step.
Discharging stage: After the process is completed, the mold is opened automatically, and the finished product is transported to the next process through the conveyor belt, realizing continuous automated production.

Regular maintenance: Check the hydraulic oil level and cleanliness every week, replace the filter element every month, and lubricate the transmission parts every quarter to ensure stable operation.
Common fault handling: If the pressing force is insufficient, check the hydraulic pump and pressure relief valve; if the temperature is unstable, calibrate the temperature sensor and check the heating tube.
