Precision Weighing Module: Foundation of Product Consistency

Composed of a top-layer mixture weighing machine and an under-layer mixture weighing machine, with weighed materials temporarily stored in the feeder for subsequent processing.
Customizable with a single weighing machine for brake pad formulas that only require a single-layer mixture, effectively reducing equipment investment costs.
Weighing precision is strictly calibrated to meet industry standards, ensuring consistent product performance and batch-to-batch uniformity.

Feeder Trolley Module: Core Connecting Unit

Grabs and transfers material trays between the feeder trolley and hot presses with high precision.

Cleans molds efficiently after pressing and returns empty trays to the initial position for cyclic use.

Hot Presser Module: Flexible Configuration for Diverse Needs

The number of hot presses is flexibly configured based on the hot pressing process requirements of different brake pad formulas.
Fewer hot presses are equipped for formulas with short pressing time to avoid equipment idling and reduce energy consumption.
Up to 6 hot presses can be configured for formulas requiring long pressing time, maximizing production efficiency and throughput.
Presser tonnage and mold cavities are customized according to the specific brake pad model and formula pressure requirements, ensuring optimal pressing results.
