Key Parameters of Spray Adhesive System
- Conveyor speed features stepless adjustment between 0.1-8m/s, controlled by a motor and transmission frequency converter to flexibly adapt to varying production requirements.
- Gun movement is driven by a DC servo motor, with adjustable speed (0.1-80000mm/s) and stroke (0-700mm) to match different sizes of brake pad back plates.
- A glue collection tray at the bottom of the spray chamber recycles excess glue; after dilution, analysis, and filtration, the recycled glue can be reused, effectively reducing material waste.

- The cooling channel transmission uses a frequency conversion motor and gearbox for stepless speed regulation, with imported electrical components and a stainless steel mesh conveyor belt for long-term stable operation.
