The CV Brake Linings Automatic Pressing System is a fully automated pressing equipment that integrates automatic material weighing-feeding modules and an automatic pick-up robot into a cohesive workflow.
Developed by Fu Chun Jiang Master Brake Pad Machine, this system drives significant improvements in brake lining manufacturing efficiency while effectively cutting down labor input and related costs.
It realizes seamless synergy between material preparation, pressing operation and finished product handling, supporting uninterrupted, stable mass production operations.
High-Precision Material Weighing
Weighing accuracy reaches ≤2.5g per 100g of material, fully complying with the strict weight control standards for brake lining raw materials in the automotive industry.
The weighing range is calibrated to 1000g~1500g, which is compatible with most common CV brake lining specifications available in the market.
With a weighing speed of 2 cycles per 50 seconds, it achieves an optimal balance between weighing precision and production throughput, ensuring efficient and consistent material supply.
Efficient Cycle & Stable Axis Performance
The system’s full working cycle time is controlled at 70 seconds, optimizing the entire pressing process from material feeding to finished product pick-up.
The X-Axis is designed with a 3000mm stroke and 20m/min moving speed, featuring positioning accuracy and repeat accuracy both at 0.2mm for precise transfer of materials and finished products.
Fu Chun Jiang Master Brake Pad Machine equips the system with dual Z-Axes (Z1 & Z2) for flexible operation, each with a 1200mm stroke and 10m/min moving speed to adapt to different pressing scenarios.
Precision Control for Consistent Quality
Both Z1-Axis and Z2-Axis deliver positioning accuracy and repeat accuracy of 0.1mm, ensuring consistent pressing pressure and stable dimensional accuracy of finished brake linings.
The high-precision axis control system works in tandem with the automated weighing-feeding module, enabling high-quality brake lining production with minimal manual intervention.
